We want to feature events on our calendar from several historical organizations even if we are not members. Any organization that would like for us to post their meetings/events can contact us to get their information posted.
Please fill out the form at least three weeks in advance to ensure visibility.
If a meeting/event is canceled, you must notify us via email of the cancellation in a timely manner. We will not double-check to see if an event is happening. It takes less than a minute to update the calendar, so please do not hesitate to call or text (830) 542-8463 if you have a last-minute cancellation.
In the past, we were pulling the information from organization websites. We received notice that some of the links were incorrect. To avoid any misunderstandings, we will no longer pull this information.
We love to promote organizations and events. We need your help to make sure the information is accurate and up to date. If there is an error in your submission form, please contact us immediately. I can make changes to the calendar quickly.
